| M Series Robot |

M Series Robot is applicable for 50-200 Tons of horizontal molding machine with vertical stroke from 550-750mm. It may also increase to be 4-armed to achieve take-out the products from molding machine by side entry freely. It may not only take out the products quickly to raise production capacity and product quality but also make sure of the safety of personnel.
Ontological Structure: Both vertical and traverse stroke are used the imported high rigidity of linear guide-way; vertical and pull-out arms are used high rigidity of aluminum alloy extrusion beam to attain the requirements of quick take-out, high efficiency, small vibration and enduring life. The vertical arm can be selected double-cut structure with belt speed mechanism to increase vertical speed.
Optional Function: The vertical and pullout axes can be optional electric adjustment to save time and add the safe operation. For the traverse axis, it can be controlled by the encoder for multi-points circulation to place the products on the 99 points at most. Besides, it can be chosen servo motor driven, procured to install sprinkler spray silicon, added Middle Platen Inspection Device to confirm the position of Middle Platen and equipped optical inspection system and increase air shearing and function of vibration decoupling.
Control System: Electronic Control system is combined with machine body by using hand-held Touch Human-Machine Interface and dialog controller to shift Chinese/English version. Built-in program can be matched for using freely and changed the counting time value whenever necessary. Furthermore. Control interface can be made according to customer's requirements. |
